What happens to what you send us.

Who we are
“We” means Bank-in-a-Box, which makes and sells Bank-in-a-Box. We are the data controller for what you send through this form. For any privacy question or request, email sales@getbankinabox.com.
What we collect
Your name, work email, institution, role, core system and message. We collect them only when you submit the form, and only to reply to your enquiry about Bank-in-a-Box.
If you reached this site from a tagged link, such as the “Get this for your bank” link in our live demo, the form also sends that link’s tags (for example, which demo bank you were exploring) so we know where your enquiry started. Your browser keeps them only until you close the tab.
How it’s handled
Your submission is sent as one email to our sales inbox through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). The form handler does not store it in a database. We keep the email in the sales inbox for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any conversation that follows, then delete it.
To stop abuse, the handler accepts at most 5 submissions per IP address per hour. Your IP address is used only for that limit; it is not included in the email. We count submissions for reporting without recording who sent them.
What we don’t do
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts. We don’t sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent us, or complain about how we handled it, by emailing sales@getbankinabox.com. Depending on where you are, you may have rights under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Australian Privacy Principles), the EU or UK GDPR, or other local law, including the right to complain to your data protection regulator.
Where it’s processed
Amazon SES processes the email on our behalf. That may involve transfer outside your country; we rely on the provider’s contractual safeguards for those transfers.
